Bryam Jacquet, TaDa Gaming: “The game can have the makeup of a region, but what matters is the heart of the game”

Shows & conferences - 14 October, 2026

During SBC Summit Lisbon 2026, Focus Gaming News sat down with Bryam Jacquet, Head of Business Development at TaDa Gaming, to discuss the company’s expansion in regulated markets, its growing European presence and its approach to localisation and client relationships.

Jacquet said one of TaDa Gaming’s biggest milestones this year was going live in Peru, a new regulated market. He said a further regulated South American market “might be coming”, which he could not yet confirm, and hoped news would emerge by SiGMA World. Latin America, he noted, is “where we start”, and the company wants to keep expanding there.

On its footprint, he said TaDa Gaming has around 2,000 people in Taiwan, “the heart of TaDa Gaming”, where most developers and account managers are based. The Malta operation has grown quickly over the past two years, and at the time of the interview a new, bigger office was due to open to clients before SiGMA World. TaDa Gaming is also bringing an art team to Europe to create games in-house for the first time, so that games “very proudly made in Taiwan” will soon also be made in Malta.

On localisation, Jacquet argued that surface-level regional touches are not enough: “A lot of people can put out a game that has the makeup of a region, but what matters is the heart of the game.” Operators must understand what players in Latin America like, he said, and work with localised teams. TaDa Gaming is opening an office in São Paulo to give Brazilian operators a more localised experience and already has people across the region.

Fishing games remain “a key selling point” in Latin America, he said, and this year TaDa Gaming is introducing the TaDa Jackpot, which can be integrated in under five minutes and is aimed at retention. Looking at the fourth quarter, he said the hard work happens after SBC and before SiGMA World, because “nobody works in December”, and that the company is getting closer to clients and probably surpassing its internal targets.

Asked what makes TaDa Gamingstand out, he pointed to transparency. He tells clients he wants them to be honest so TaDa Gaming can deliver what they and their players need: “We save each other time.” Conferences, he said, open the door to those conversations, but the relationship itself is what matters most.
