US.- Texas\u2019 Representative Dustin Burrows commented to the local press that the State\u2019s legislators are not debating a new framework for the gaming industry soon. Casino sector is not allowed in Texas, although the government has approved gaming operations at the Kickapoo Lucky Eagle Casino on Native American land in Eagle Pass.<\/p>\n
\u201cI haven\u2019t heard from Austin anyone who thinks it\u2019s going to go anywhere this session,\u201d admitted the official to Texas\u2019 media. Several attempts to legalise the casino industry have been carried out in the State\u2019s Senate, but the debates have been put on hold.<\/p>\n
Members of the Republican Party of Lubbock\u00a0County said that there is a possibility that gambling companies could lobby for the expected regulation. However, Texas\u2019 legislators have not shown signals of interest in accomplishing the expectations yet.<\/p>\n
Rep.
