Southeast Asia.- The gaming operator Universal Ent has revealed its upcoming plans to keep increasing its presence in the international market, with special focus on the Asian casino industry. After planning the developing projects, Universal Ent has reached an agreement with the renowned company Guangcai Group to set a joint venture.

The new 50-50 casino project will determine the sales and maintenance of the companies’ casino-related devices in Southeast Asia. As revealed by representatives of both operators earlier this week, the Asian joint venture corporation named Hong Kong Guangcai Universal Entertainment Limited.

“The joint corporation will also have the exclusive rights of sales for all casino-related devices and systems in all Southeast Asian countries, except for the Philippines, and will also look to expand into other casino-related businesses,” stated Universal Ent in an official filing to JASDAQ last Monday. Furthermore, the report revealed that the company believed the cooperation with the “internationally proven group” will contribute to expanding its casino related business.
