The 548\u2011metre Wynn Bridge forms part of the wider US$5.1bn Wynn Al Marjan Island integrated resort development in Ras Al Khaimah, which is targeting a Spring 2027 opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

Wynn Resorts<\/strong> has reported strong construction progress on the Wynn Bridge<\/strong>, the dedicated access link to Wynn Al Marjan Island<\/strong>, with works around 48 per cent complete and on schedule for handover in late 2026. The bridge is due to be fully operational ahead of the resort\u2019s planned Spring 2027 opening, ensuring core infrastructure is in place before guests arrive.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Measuring 548 metres in length<\/strong>, the Wynn Bridge will connect the integrated resort (IR), via the new Wynn Boulevard, directly to the E311 (Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road) and E611 (Emirates Road) corridors. The link is designed to provide a seamless drive from Dubai and the Northern Emirates and to improve access to the surrounding planned beach districts on Al Marjan Island.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The company said: “Alongside infrastructure works, construction across the resort continues to advance at pace.\u00a0Following its topping out in December 2025,\u00a0the\u00a0resort’s signature tower has reached a height of\u00a0299 meters,\u00a0with 100 per cent of structural concrete completed through to the 71st floor roof. Installation of the\u00a0tower’s\u00a0structural steel roof crown has\u00a0commenced,\u00a0and the tower fa\u00e7ade installation continues to advance, with 21,852 of 26,471 fa\u00e7ade panels installed\u00a0representing\u00a083 per cent completion to date. Elevator and escalator installations are progressing across the property, and interior fit-out continues.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed at an estimated cost of about US$5.1bn, Wynn Al Marjan Island will span more than 60 hectares on Al Marjan Island and has been billed as the UAE\u2019s first large\u2011scale casino integrated resort. The property is being delivered by Wynn Resorts in partnership with master developer Marjan and RAK Hospitality Holding, with the project positioned as a flagship tourism and entertainment investment for Ras Al Khaimah and the wider UAE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When it opens, the resort is expected to offer 1,530 keys across a mix of resort rooms, Enclave suites, Marina Estates villas, garden townhomes and two Royal Apartments, together with 22 restaurants, lounges and bars, a beach club, an extensive spa and wellness complex and a skylit retail esplanade with international luxury brands. Plans also include Coral Court, a bespoke events and celebrations venue, The Showroom theatre, 12 swimming pools, a 420\u2011metre private white\u2011sand beach and a deep\u2011water marina designed to host superyachts.<\/p>\n\n\n
