The UAE Lottery<\/strong> has opened its first walk\u2011in ticket outlet in the M40 area of Musaffah, Abu Dhabi<\/strong>, adding an in\u2011person sales option to its previously digital\u2011only model. The move marks a shift towards a hybrid distribution strategy as the operator looks to make participation more accessible for players who prefer face\u2011to\u2011face interaction and cash payments<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new shop allows customers to purchase physical tickets directly and pay on site, with staff available to explain available products and assist with game selection. According to the operator, the outlet has been designed with a structured layout, clear wayfinding and dedicated customer service points to help first\u2011time and regular players navigate the process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Describing the concept behind the store, the UAE Lottery said: \u201cFrom bold visuals to intuitive layouts, every detail has been considered to make the customer journey smooth and engaging. High\u2011visibility signage and an open, welcoming interior support consistent footfall, while interactive displays and helpful staff ensure each visit is both informative and enjoyable.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The launch comes as participation in the lottery continues to rise, largely supported by digital channels. With the addition of a retail outlet, the operator is positioning itself to serve players who favour cash-based, in-person play while potentially strengthening overall uptake.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Players aged 18 and above can buy tickets at the Musaffah shop for draw games including Lucky Day Draw<\/strong> and Pick 3<\/strong>, which remain among the lottery\u2019s core products.
