Wynn Resorts plans a major 2026 recruitment drive for Wynn Al Marjan Island, with roles across casino gaming, hospitality and support functions ahead of the resort\u2019s expected 2027 opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
Wynn Resorts <\/strong>has announced it aims to recruit around\u00a02,750 employees<\/strong>\u00a0this year for\u00a0Wynn Al Marjan Island<\/strong>, its $5.1bn integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah that will include casino gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The casino operator said the roles will span resort operations, including\u00a0casino gaming operations<\/strong>, hospitality, entertainment and corporate support functions. The recruitment drive comes as the project moves from the construction phase to the next stage: preparing for operation <\/strong>ahead of the resort’s expected opening in 2027. <\/p>\n\n\n\n The company\u2019s latest annual report showed that\u00a0251 staff<\/strong>\u00a0were employed at the project by the end of 2025, after a net addition of\u00a056 team members<\/strong>\u00a0in the fourth quarter. Wynn said onboarding of line staff would accelerate through 2026, with total headcount expected to reach about\u00a03,000<\/strong>\u00a0by year-end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n When complete, the $5.1bn resort <\/strong>will feature 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 food and beverage venues, luxury retail outlets, entertainment facilities and a marina. A casino will form a major part of the development, placing the project firmly within the UAE\u2019s evolving approach to regulated gaming.<\/p>\n\n\n\n The wider economic impact is expected to extend well beyond the resort itself. Industry estimates suggest the project could generate more than 9,000 direct and indirect jobs<\/strong>, spanning tourism services, hospitality suppliers and businesses tied to Ras Al Khaimah\u2019s broader visitor economy.<\/p>\n\n\n
