Wynn Al Marjan Island will showcase its upcoming casino resort at Arabian Travel Market 2026<\/strong> (ATM) in Dubai from September 14-17, putting the UAE’s first licensed land-based casino in front of international tourism and investment audiences. Wynn’s presence comes as the company builds its footprint in Ras Al Khaimah, with the resort taking shape ahead of its planned September 2027<\/a> opening.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wynn said its presence at ATM, which will take place at Dubai World Trade Centre, comes as Ras Al Khaimah gains momentum as an international tourism destination<\/strong>. The company sees Wynn Al Marjan Island as part of the wider transformation of Al Marjan Island and the emirate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wynn Al Marjan Island said in a LinkedIn update ahead of ATM: \u201cEvery day, Wynn Al Marjan Island moves from render to reality. The tower is rising. The shoreline is taking shape. The details that will define the guest experience<\/strong> are coming to life.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wynn’s ATM presence forms part of a wider Ras Al Khaimah development push. Marjan said it will use the event to showcase \u201cupcoming developments and opportunities shaping the emirate’s future\u201d, spanning Jebel Jais, Marjan Beach, Al Marjan Island<\/strong> and RAK Central.<\/p>\n\n\n

Marjan is directing visitors to Stand ME0820<\/strong> in the Middle East Hall during the September 14-17 event, placing Wynn’s casino development within a broader portfolio of projects being promoted to international tourism and investment stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Major physical milestones are already taking shape. In August, Wynn unveiled its completed 550-metre beachfront<\/a>, sheltered lagoon and 319-metre offshore reef, offering a first look at the resort\u2019s planned waterfront experience and its three distinct beach environments. The wider Al Marjan Island development is also expanding, with Wyndham announcing the first Dolce Residences <\/a>by Wyndham, featuring 93 residential units and five retail spaces, with handover scheduled for Q4 2028.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wynn Al Marjan Island holds the UAE’s first Commercial Gaming Facility Operator licence, issued by the General Commercial Gaming Regulatory Authority<\/a> (GCGRA), with Marjan positioning it as the region’s first land-based casino. The project has an estimated cost of approximately $5.7bn following a $600m increase in the development budget, underlining the scale of the resort as Wynn moves towards launch. Wynn has said construction is progressing at a rapid pace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
