Twin River reports 80% fall in revenue in 2Q
Twin River’s second quarter report shows an 80 per cent drop in revenue due to the impact of Covid-19.
US.- The Rhode Island-based hotel casino operator Twin River has reported revenue of $28.9 million for the quarter ending June 30.
It reported a loss of $23.6 million for the quarter, after reporting a profit in the same period last year. Adjusted losses worked out as 79 cents per share.
The company’s nine properties closed in mid-march and resumed operations between May and June.
Other companies in the industry saw similar losses, for example Wynn Resorts saw revenue fall 94.8 per cent.
