US.- Turning Stone Enterprise has released animated renders of the $370m Turning Stone Evolution expansion project in New York. The resort renovation will be completed in 2027.

The resort will double its existing conference and events space with the 165,000 square feet Grand Expo, a new meeting and convention facility with an outdoor courtyard, reception areas and two new ballrooms. The work also includes The Crescent Hotel, a new hotel tower with 258 guest rooms and suites.

The Crescent Hotel will have indoor connectivity to The Grand Expo and the resort’s restaurants, event centre and the gaming floor. It will also feature the Salt Seafood & Raw Bar. A new 1,600-space parking garage is also under construction to double existing indoor space.

The company stated that along with the Oneida Indian Nation’s $370m capital investment in the expansion, the Evolution will create a more than $600m one-time economic impact and generate over $22m in state and local tax revenues. The project will create more than 3,500 construction and related jobs. So far, 60 New York State businesses have been selected to support construction of The Grand Expo, The Crescent Hotel and the new parking garage.

Businesses will be able to learn more at the Doing Business with the Oneida Indian Nation conference on September 12.
