Tipico seals deal with Caesars to enter Indiana and Iowa markets
The 10-year agreement will allow the company to launch a sportsbook in each state.
US.- Tipico Sportsbook has agreed a deal with Caesars Entertainment to gain access to Indiana and Iowa’s mobile betting markets. In Indiana, Tipico has partnered with Harrah’s Hoosier Park Racing & Casino, while in Iowa, its partner is Isle Casino Hotel Bettendorf.
The 10-year agreement will allow Tipico to launch a sportsbook in each state pending legislative approval for online gaming.
Tipico US CEO Adrian Vella said: “We are excited to announce Tipico’s multi-state market access partnership with Caesars Entertainment, which marks an important step as we continue to expand our U.S. footprint.
“We look forward to establishing our brand presence in the midwest, and introducing our highly scalable, proprietary multi-state sports betting experience to players in Indiana and Iowa.”
Tipico plans to launch its sportsbook in Iowa in the fourth quarter. The aim for the Indiana sportsbook is to go live in the first quarter of 2022.
Tipico recently launched its mobile sportsbook in Colorado, after partnering with Century Casinos. The company also announced that it has chosen Colorado as the location for its new technology hub.
