theScore sets sports betting partnership with the NBA
The NBA has named theScore an Authorized Sports Betting Operator of the league in a new multiyear partnership.
Canada.- theScore has announced that it is now an Authorized Sports Betting Operator of the National Basketball Association (NBA) in a new multiyear partnership. The company gained access to official NBA betting data, including league marks and logos, for its mobile sports betting app, theScore Bet.
John Levy, Founder and CEO of theScore, explained that this collaboration will help the company enhance its offering as they work to provide theScore’s highly engaged media app users with a best-in-class integrated betting experience. “We’re delighted to work with the NBA to create new and exciting sports betting experiences for basketball fans,” he said.

theScore named new CCO
Score Media and Gaming has recently announced the appointment of Josh Sidsworth as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer, with immediate effect. Sidsworth will be based at theScore’s head office in Toronto.
The new CCO will lead all legal, regulatory and compliance matters for the company. He will support the multi-state rollout of the company’s mobile sportsbook, theScore Bet. Sidsworth has extensive experience in the gaming space, most recently as EVP Corporate Development and General Counsel for the NRT Group of Companies.
