Press release.- TCSJOHNHUXLEY announced that it has signed an irrevocable undertaking to purchase all the issued and outstanding shares in Midwest Game Supply (‘MWGS’) from Charles P. and Linda L. Sohm. The transaction is subject to the usual regulatory approvals, is expected to close by Q1 2022.

Established in 1945, Midwest Game Supply is recognized in the manufacture and distribution of dice with a worldwide customer base covering the whole of the USA to Singapore and beyond. Additional product lines include layouts and accessories.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY and Midwest Game Supply have enjoyed a long and successful relationship over many years, so it was therefore a natural fit when Linda and Charles Sohm decided to retire and enjoy their silver years.

TCSJOHNHUXLEY is committed to growing the business, and this acquisition aligns perfectly with the company’s vision to become the premier supplier of live table games to the North American market, following the acquisition of the GPI table, layout and accessories product lines in 2020.

According to the company, the MWGS facility in Kearney, MO will continue to operate as usual and is perfectly positioned to provide the springboard for an expanded Midwest presence for TCSJOHNHUXLEY.
