SYNOT: “G2E remains a very important exhibition and meeting point for us, as it attracts many customers from Latin America”
Focus Gaming News spoke to SYNOT Sales Directors, Roland Andrýsek and Miroslav Valenta, Jr., about the company’s objectives and plans at G2E Las Vegas.
Exclusive interview.- As the global gaming industry prepares for G2E Las Vegas, Focus Gaming News spoke with SYNOT sales directors Roland Andrýsek and Miroslav Valenta Jr. to discuss the company’s objectives at the event, its development strategy, and the growing synergy between land-based and online gaming.
What are SYNOT’s main objectives for G2E Las Vegas?
Miroslav Valenta: One of our main objectives for attending G2E is to connect with our customers from across the world. The exhibition serves as an excellent meeting point for suppliers, manufacturers, and a wide range of major operators, not only from the US but also from LatAm and Europe. Although SYNOT will not participate as an exhibitor this year, we will have a strong presence through our teams representing both the land-based and the online segment.
Roland Andrýsek: Another important goal is to monitor key industry trends in product development. What we particularly value about the US market is the speed with which innovations are implemented. Very often, what is showcased at G2E quickly makes its way into operations, which gives our development teams the chance to respond accordingly.
We also want to ensure that our mid-term development plans align with market reality – meaning that the direction we have set for our products development is in line with market expectations. Finally, a crucial part of G2E for us is the opportunity to gather insights directly from casino operators, as this provides valuable indications of how specific products and gaming concepts are performing in the real operations.
SYNOT has a strong footprint in both land-based and online gaming. How do you see the synergy between these two verticals evolving in the near future?
Miroslav Valenta: Across the industry, including within SYNOT, it is clear that creating the closest possible connection between land-based and online, both from an operational and product perspective, is the right direction forward. In more and more markets we see that, when approached correctly, this integration brings clear synergies and benefits for operators as well as for players in both worlds. We fully intend to continue along this path, and our upcoming products will further reflect this strategy.
Roland Andrýsek: This is a trend that we identified some time ago, and we adjusted our business activities accordingly. Now we are beginning to reap the benefits, as the aforementioned synergies are starting to become evident. Having said that we have been noticing the reverse synergies are also appearing. While in the past it was common for land-based content to be transferred online, today we can see that a whole range of suppliers of online products are also very interested in integrating their solutions into land-based casinos.
How important is the North American market for SYNOT, and what role does G2E play in strengthening your presence here?
Miroslav Valenta: North America itself is not currently our primary target market from the land-based point of view. However, G2E remains a very important exhibition and meeting point for us, as it attracts many customers from Latin America, a region where we have been gradually expanding our presence in recent years.
But the North American market is a key focus for SYNOT Games, a company providing online content, as part of their global expansion strategy. We see it as one of the most dynamic and promising regions in terms of player engagement and long-term growth potential. Entering this market is not just about adding another territory, but about positioning ourselves in a highly competitive environment where innovation and player preferences set the tone for the industry.
We are very pleased to share that SYNOT Games is in the process of applying for a licence with the regulator in New Jersey – a major milestone for us. This will mark SYNOT Games’ first step into the US market, with the launch of 20 the strongest and most proven titles from SYNOT Games portfolio. These games have consistently performed well across other regulated markets, and we’re confident they will resonate strongly with North American players. At the same time, SYNOT Games is also in the application process for an Ontario license, which further underlines the company’s commitment to establishing a strong footprint across the region.
In this context, G2E plays a vital role. It provides us with a unique opportunity to connect directly with operators, regulators, and partners while showcasing our brand and product quality to a North American audience. It’s not only about visibility – G2E enables us to strengthen our relationships and demonstrate to the market that SYNOT Games is fully dedicated to long-term success in North America.
“G2E plays a vital role. It provides us with a unique opportunity to connect directly with operators, regulators, and partners while showcasing our brand and product quality to a North American audience.”
Miroslav Valenta jr., sales director of SYNOT.
How would you assess SYNOT’s performance so far in 2025, and what are your main priorities and plans for the remainder of the year?
Roland Andrýsek: We are successfully continuing with our strong product focus. In terms of our online presence, this primarily means the constant development of new games. Each year, we create at least 25 brand-new original titles for online casinos. In the land-based segment, we consistently bring fresh products to market, including new cabinets and game mixes. We are also rolling out our brand-new Casino Management System SYNNET across multiple markets. At the same time, our online casino platform is continuously evolving, offering operators a complete solution for managing players, payments, gaming content, and bonus programs, whether in online or land-based casinos. Overall, we can evaluate our performance so far this year very positively.
Miroslav Valenta: We are currently entering a particularly important period, with the next six months set to see the completion and launch of a significant number of brand new land-based products. In the area of game mixes, this includes four new multigames – Gamifire Prime, a premium set featuring 36 titles that combine classic and immersive Hold and Respin games. Firebird Gold, a mix of 42 titles including Hold & Respin as well as Firebird Platinum, offering mix of 36 games including classic and linked titles. We are also delighted to unveil our brand new Exclusive Games slots mix, featuring 30 stunning titles. In addition, our new Super Link jackpot system for slots will soon be launched across several markets. The system features 8 unique linked titles.
We are also expanding our cabinet portfolio with 2 new models: the modular ST2-32 and the brand-new ST3-27, equipped with 27″ monitors.
All of these innovations will be finalised and introduced over the coming months and will, of course, also be showcased at ICE Barcelona, where visitors will have the opportunity to experience them first-hand.
