iGaming Academy reveals plans for EiG

EiG Conference will take part from October 18-20 at the Arena Berlin, Germany.

Germany.- iGaming Academy, leading training provider to the iGaming industry and organisers of SiGMA’s first education driven forum in November (16/17/18), will play a main role at the Excellence in Gaming Conference (EiG) this week in Berlin. As the regional industry will be “forging pathways to the future,” iGaming Academy is set to open channels of communication as part of EiG’s regulatory panel.

The training expert authority will be one of the sponsors of this year’s EiG and will participate in one of the many panels which form the exhibition’s conference. Delegates attending the event in Berlin will be given the opportunity to hear from iGaming Academy’s Head of Compliance Consultancy and Training, Wendy Zitzman, who will be participating in the “It’s Good to Talk: Regulators Vs. The Industry” panel alongside other key industry voices including Totally Gaming’s Head of Content, Ewa Bakun, and the UK Gambling Commission’s CEO, Jenny Williams.

Discussing the iGaming Academy’s partnering of EiG and her role in the conference panel, Wendy Zitzman, said: “EiG brings together key decision makers and industry leaders from across the world of iGaming and represents one of the best places to discuss, shape and invest in the future of the industry. As such, the iGaming Academy has chosen to act as a sponsor for this year’s EiG and help its organisers in forging those pathways to the future. As head of Compliance Consultancy and Training at iGaming Academy, I am excited to be joining the ‘Regulators Vs. The Industry’ panel in Berlin and I look forward to delving into the subject alongside a fantastic line-up of panel speakers from key sectors of the industry.”

Furthermore, the event will set the path for the Academy to host the first iGaming Education Forum at SiGMA in November. The special educational reunion will offer the opportunity for delegates to benefit from 80-years of gaming experience in just three days and will focus on three of the major areas of contemporary interest to the industry including Compliance, which will touch on regulatory aspects including AML, Anti-Fraud and Payments as well as Responsible Gaming. The event also covers product specific topics, such as Sportsbook, Casino or Lottery Management and eSports. The Acquisition and Retention workshop, will address Customer Relationship Management, Social Media Marketing and Affiliate Management. All participants in the iGaming Education Forum will also have free entrance to the expo as SiGMA delegates.

“We are looking forward to attending the show and the conferences at EiG which boast an impressive line-up of keynote speakers from across the industry whose insights will surely be important talking points for anyone interested in pushing iGaming forward. The team from iGaming Academy attending EiG will be keen to engage with these speakers, the show’s exhibitors and visitors attending from the international gaming industry as we prepare to deliver on our promise and ‘grow the industry through education’ in November,” concluded Zitzman.
