US.- The New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE) published a letter in which it was detailed that Hard Rock Atlantic City and Bet365 have reached an agreement to launch a sports betting service in the state.

As revealed by the publication, the agreement was disclosed in a letter dated June 25th, while a letter of intent was signed on June 19th. Bet365 applied for a casino service industry enterprise (CSIE) licence, which will compete against its rival William Hill, the first operator to accept legal bets in New Jersey in June.

Matt Harkness, president of Hard Rock Atlantic City, said: “Our online gaming team has done an amazing job launching one of the most dynamic online gaming experiences in the industry. We’re excited to extend the Hard Rock brand beyond the Boardwalk and let casino players (play) across the Garden State.”
