Stats Perform to work with CONMEBOL
Sports data provider Stats Perform has struck a deal with CONMEBOL, football’s governing body in South America, to manage data from major competitions.
Paraguay.- Football is the king sport in most parts of the world but especially in South America. That’s why Stats Perform has struck a deal to work with CONMEBOL, its regional governing body.
The company will manage and collect data from all major competitions run by the Paraguay-based organisation. The deal will last for four years and covers competitions like the Copa America, Copa Libertadores, Copa Sudamericana and Recopa.
Stats Perform and CONMEBOL will work along its partners to deliver data across broadcast channels, OTT platforms, digital media, fantasy games, brands and sponsors.
“With our new partnership with Stats Perform, we have access to the biggest sports AI and data provider. Moreover, it will help expand our exposure worldwide,” CONMEBOL commercial director Juan Emilio Roa said.
“Through this partnership, our broadcast and media providers will have access to detailed information about each match, team and player. That will provide more compelling stories and insights for fans.”
