State Representative to improve gambling in Louisiana
According to Cedric Glover, the current regulatory laws are hurting the state as a whole.
US.- State Representative Cedric Glover said that gambling in the American state could be in trouble. The former Mayor of Shreveport commented that the regulatory laws are not only hurting that area, but the Louisiana state as a whole.
Along with Senator Ronnie Johns from Lake Charles, Glover has created a Gaming Task Force with the intention of improving gaming in the state. Before the start of the 2018 Legislative Session, the Gaming Task Force will turn over its findings and suggestions to Governor John Bel Edwards.
The State Representative said that they’re hoping the new task force delivers the results they’re waiting for so they can help their laws and casinos can evolve so they don’t loose any more ground on the rest of the country.
