SPiCE gets closer as India debates legalisation
SPiCE will be held in Goa Marriott Resort & Spa in February amidst discussion in India’s parliament on betting legalisation.
India.- The Strategic Platform for iGaming Conference & Exhibition (SPiCE) is scheduled to be held from February 25-27, 2019, at the Goa Marriott Resort & Space, located in Miramar, Panaji and is set to host a great debate around potential betting legalisation in India.
The event will see eminent experts and industry leaders brainstorm the developments in the gaming and betting industry and the road ahead for the sector over the course of two days. The latest developments in India’s parliament, with a new legislation seeking regulation of online sports betting being introduced by a senior Member of Parliament, are set to turn into the hot topic at the exhibition.
A SP’iCE’ Breaker Networking drinks event will be held on the eve of the event, on February 25 at the Marriott Resort, wherein the attendees will get an opportunity to discuss, deliberate and network over drinks while gazing out over the beautiful oceanic view of the Arabian sea.
The first day evening (February 26) will also see a casino visit to Deltin Royale casino and the SPiCE It Up Poker Tournament as well as dinner and drinks for the attendees.
On the second day (February 27), there will be a VIP Networking Event, a Table Talk Dinner wherein the VIP attendees of the event will be invited to gather over a 5-star three-course dinner and drinks.
The theme for the event is to promote Indian culture and therefore participants and speakers are encouraged to attend the conference in their best ethnic attire, the SPiCE organisation team says.
