Soft opening for Lucky Dragon
Las Vegas celebrated this weekend the opening of its first new casino in six years.
US.- The most famous gambling city of the world, Las Vegas, enjoyed this weekend the opening of a new casino after six years, with the arrival of Cosmopolitan Resort. Lucky Dragon has joined the renowned hub on West Sahara Avenue to bring international customers further innovation and an exclusive experience of entertaining and Asian culture.
The new casino and hotel is now functioning completely, but operators have prepared a grand celebration for December 3. Visitors can already book their holidays in one of the 203 hotel rooms and enjoy the four restaurants with authentic Chinese food and a tea garden. The casino with 300 slot machines and more than 30 table games is already under the spotlight of Las Vegas tourists. Operators calculate that only 10 percent of guests will come from Asian countries, but they expect great influx of international visitors.
“We didn’t want to be a caricature of an Asian resort. Most of the other casinos here in Las Vegas are very large mega resorts trying to be all things to all people, we have a different approach here at Lucky Dragon,” described Dave Jacoby, chief operating officer of the Lucky Dragon Las Vegas. “With our service standards, we try to make sure that we are putting the Asian cultures first and allowing the American cultures to follow behind,” concluded Jacoby.
