Sochi inaugurates a five-star casino
The Russian gambling zone is set to experience a further grow during this year.
Russia.- Sochi gambling zone in Russia opens today its highly expected Sochi Casino and Resort on the Gorky Gorod mountain complex. Today Thursday 5, the new five-star hotel and casino is inviting players from the city to experience the luxurious offerings and the opening ceremony.
Sochi Casino and Resort hosts 569 ultimate slot machines and 70 exclusive gaming tables, as well as two restaurants, a cabaret theatre and a bar, which expect to attract over 40,000 guests per month. Operators of the new entertainment and touristic complex, Domain LLC, has invested US$66.3 million on the installation.
“Sochi Casino and Resort is the first entertainment complex of a global scale located on the territory of the year-round mountain resort Gorky Gorod. Sochi Casino and Resort is a project with a unique concept for Russia in the spirit of the best casinos of Las Vegas. The grand opening of the casino will take place on January 5,” revealed the operating company, Domain LLC.
Russian government approved a gambling zone last year in Krasnaya Polyana, Sochi, located at Krasnodar Territory. Since then, international gaming companies have shown interest in investing in the new casino city. The exclusive Sochi Casino and Resort is set to achieve over US$67 million by 2017.
