Sergey Ghazaryan, CRO at GR8 Tech, spoke to Focus Gaming News about the company’s plans for SiGMA Central Europe, and shared details about the “Heavyweight Rulebook”.

Our Agent Management System addresses one of the biggest blind spots in igaming operations: the lack of structure and transparency in offline agent networks. It transforms a traditionally fragmented process into a fully data-driven, real-time ecosystem where every transaction, commission, and bet is visible and traceable. Operators gain complete control over multi-level networks, flexible commission models, instant fund management, and multi-currency support, ensuring consistent oversight and performance across regions.

You’ve been expanding your presence across multiple regions. Do you see Central and Eastern Europe as a key growth market, and if so, why?

GR8 Tech’s core focus is on Tier 2–3 markets across MENA, Africa, and LatAm. Our geo-specific presets are built for such markets: they cut time-to-market and embed the elements that drive significant impact, like clients reaching profitability in months.

We see the same opportunities in Central and Eastern Europe.
