Rush Street Interactive names Kyle Sauers as president

Sauers will take on the new position in addition to his role as CFO.

US.- Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has named Kyle Sauers to president. He will take on the new position in addition to his role as chief financial officer (CFO). In his expanded role, he will continue leading the company’s financial strategy while being responsible for day-to-day operations, execution, and cross-functional performance.

Sauers joined the company as CFO in 2020. Before that, he served as CFO of Echo Global Logistics from 2013 to 2020 and as senior vice president of finance and controller from 2011 to 2013. He also worked as general manager of Varian Medical Systems’ security & inspection products division, where he served on the board of directors and as CFO. He spent eight years at Sphere Communications and served in various financial management positions at APAC Customer Services. He began his career at Arthur Andersen LLP.

In September, the company announced the appointment of Shubham Tyagi as chief technology officer (CTO). He joined the company’s senior leadership team reporting to CEO Richard Schwartz.
