Royal Dragon Casino to open this week
The newest gaming facility in Macau is expected to open at noon on Wednesday for the Golden Week holiday.
Macau.- After the Director of Macau’s casino regulator Gaming Inspection and Coordination Bureau Paulo Martins Chan commented that there wasn’t any interested parts on opening a casino in the revamped building in the selected location, a new document unveiled that the property in the Macau peninsula is scheduled to open on Wednesday.
As GGRAsia reported, the document revealed the date but the local gaming regulator didn’t confirm the information. However, the entity said that it received an application to operate the facility under SJM Holdings LTD’s gaming license. “We have already received the application from SJM [Holdings] requesting to open a casino at the location you mentioned. The gaming tables that SJM [Holdings] planned to place in the casino will be existing ones that are moved from its other casino properties. The respective application is currently under processing and no official approval has been granted yet,” said the gaming bureau to the news outlet.
The Royal Dragon Casino & Hotel Royal Dragon signs appear to be similar to the Golden Dragon’s one, a property run by Golden Dragon Co Ltd, specially the dragon logo. The casino’s website says that the facility features a 4-star hotel located just 10 minutes away from the Macau Ferry Terminal and a 15 minute drive from the Macau International Airport.
