Ray Lee: “TaDa Gaming is transitioning from a disruptor/new entrant into a well-known provider with a reputation for delivering results through growth”
As TaDa Gaming prepares to showcase its “One Beat Ahead” strategy at SBC Summit Lisbon, Ray Lee, Director of Business Development, talks to Focus Gaming News about European expansion, market localisation, player trust and the company’s latest gamification innovation, Highlights.
Exclusive interview.- TaDa Gaming is an instantly recognisable presence at global igaming shows and summits; so it’s no surprise that the award-winning provider is currently gearing up for one of the industry’s main events – SBC Summit Lisbon – where it’s hosting demonstrations and a prize draw at Stand B526. Focus Gaming News caught up with Ray Lee, director of business development, TaDa Gaming, to find out what we can expect from their “One Beat Ahead” campaign, how they have successfully built trust across multiple markets and just what new gamification tool Highlights is bringing to the table.
How would you characterise TaDa Gaming’s market proposition at the moment, and what offerings have been generating most interest?
TaDa Gaming is currently transitioning from a disruptor/new entrant into becoming a well-known provider with a reputation for delivering results through growth.
Our proposition is about giving operators content that is instantly recognisable, flexible enough to be localised for different regulated markets, attracts and retains players, and so deserves its place in crowded lobbies.
We’re seeing growing interest across crash and our unique fish-shooting games. Slots remain a core strength, particularly our Hit the Cash™ and TriLuck™ series. In Europe, recent performance has seen Joker Coins Unlimited Fortune™ as our leading release in Portugal, while 3 Witch’s Lamp has gained strong traction in Greece and Dice & Drop has delivered impressive results in Romania.
Our award-winning gamification ecosystem is also creating an impact. This year alone, we have launched three new products designed to give additional ways to drive engagement and retention and this has clearly resonated with all operators across global regulated markets.
Tell us a little about the new Highlights feature. How does this advance gamification?
Highlights is a great feature that combines socialisation and gamification. It’s designed to tap into individual experiences, letting players share their big moments on social media and bring igaming communities together through sharing these social moments.
It also benefits operators as it enables authentic User Generated Content (UGC) to boost both visibility and organic growth, raising brand awareness with other players and potential new clients at no additional cost.
With expansion into more markets in regions as varied as Africa and the Americas, issues around player preferences become key. Can you tell us about your localisation strategy?
TaDa Gaming’s glocalisation strategy for global core mechanics/local content has driven our successful entry into multiple markets since launch. With significant research and experience behind our approach, we’re now in the stage of transferring knowledge, rather than adapting content.
We’ve developed a deep understanding of how player behaviour, regulation, technology, devices and operator priorities interact. Now, we are taking those learnings further into North America as well as over 16 African countries including South Africa. So, from adapting file size and download speed, especially across Africa, to evolving regulations and regional player preferences, we make sure we’re ahead of the curve.
For operators, that means they are collaborating with a multi-licensed content provider that has learned how to navigate different stages of market maturity and build trust. And with over 30 new signings across 2026, we are constantly adding to our knowledge bank to help future-proof our content.
“We’ve developed a deep understanding of how player behaviour, regulation, technology, devices and operator priorities interact.”
Ray Lee, director of business development, TaDa Gaming.
TaDa Gaming has put player trust at the heart of its focus. How is your approach to responsible gaming helping that?
TaDa Gaming’s approach to responsible gaming is to make it an inherent part of every product and game we release. Rather than something added at the end of the process, it’s more a driving force for the direction of the development.
Operators can see how TaDa Gaming’s responsible gaming adds to their commercial success. Our content rigorously conforms to regulations through clear mechanics and independently certified RNG, plus integrations are easier through a single API and compatibility with operator PAM tools.
Our main focus is on how to make each spin or shot work harder for the player. This value in gameplay is part of our DNA. Players recognise it and it builds further trust, both in TaDa Gaming as a brand and in our releases to deliver safe outcomes in exciting experiences.
Can you tell us about the One Beat Ahead strategy and what it means for the company’s objectives at SBC?
“One Beat Ahead” is how TaDa Gaming understands player demands in order to build the right products faster and to actively deliver regional-centric localisation for consistently solid engagement and retention figures.
At SBC Summit, Lisbon, that strategy is central to our next stage of European expansion. Visitors to Stand B526 can understand how we are putting it into practice from our award-winning content and proprietary mechanics to gamification tools and a growing understanding of individual regulated markets. Meetings with the team can be pre-booked by emailing [email protected] and all visitors are warmly welcome to drop by the stand too.
With our expanding network of operators and aggregators and increasing industry recognition, we want to show that TaDa Gaming is not simply bringing content to Europe but building products and partnerships around what European players and operators actually need to succeed.
“One Beat Ahead is how TaDa Gaming understands player demands in order to build the right products faster and to actively deliver regional-centric localisation for consistently solid engagement and retention figures.”
