Rank Group appoints new CFO

The gaming operator has appointed Bill Floydd as its chief financial officer.

UK.- Rank Group revealed late last week that Experian Plc’s Bill Floydd is its new chief financial officer (CFO). The appointment comes only six months after the company named John O’Reilly to the position.

The company unveiled a plan to increase revenue and reduce costs under the new management in August as it battles falling customer numbers at its Grosvenor casinos and Mecca bingo halls.

Floydd, who is expected to continue O’Reilly’s job, has been CFO at the financial data and credit check firm for over five years and was involved in deals including acquisitions and investments.

Moreover, the company revealed that James Pizey, who became Interim CFO after Clive Jennings’ departure in August, will now step into the role of Group Financial Controller.
