Portugal’s Solverde signs digital content agreement with NYX Gaming
NYX Gaming Group announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with leading Portuguese land-based casino operator Solverde S.A.
Portugal.- Canada-listed supplier of gaming content and technology NYX Gaming Group announced it has signed a memorandum of understanding with land-based casino operator Solverde S.A. for the integration of online gaming content and player account managing tools via the Open Platform System.
Solverde manages five land-based venues across the country. After signing a digital content agreement with NYX Gaming, the casino operator wants to expand its operations in the online sector.
Local legislators have recently approved the issuance of online gambling licenses in the country, which explains the announcement about the future partnership between the Portuguese company and the popular gaming supplier.
Under the agreement and aside from the integration of the OPS system solution, Solverde will be able to launch leading gaming titles, both slots and scratch card ones, developed by NYX Gaming’s subsidiary NextGen across its online gaming sites. Portuguese players have the chance to play Foxin’ Wins, Merlin’s Millions Superbet, Jackpot Jester 50,000 and many more immediately after being launched in what is soon to become Europe’s next regulated online gambling market.
Americo Loureiro, Director at Solverde, explained that they have opted for NYX Gaming’s products as the supplier has been demonstrating capacity, quality and impressive client portfolio.
Regarding the content distribution agreement, David Flynn, Executive Vice President Business Development, commented that they are really happy to be chosen by the Portuguese casino operator as it is expanding online. The official also outlined that through the OPS solution, Solverde will be able to provide gambling customers from across Portugal with “responsive, omni-channel” gaming experience.
