Poker rooms in Indiana report gainings
Indiana casino poker rooms have collected almost the same number as the one reported in March 2016.
US.- State gambling regulators released the monthly report where the 135 poker tables collected a combined US$1.8 million in March. Compared to the same period a year before, the number is almost the same, as the state reported US$1.86 in gainings.
The top scorer last month was Horseshoe Casino Hammond, which has a record of US$945.000 in poker room revenue, and surpassed its rivals by almost three times that number. The second in the ranking is Horseshoe Casino Southern Indiana with US$326.000, and Tropicana completes the top 3 with US$173.000. Behind those three casinos, Majestic Star Casino is very close with US$141.000, followed by Blue Chip Casino that collected US$106.000, Hollywood Casino Indiana with US$78.000, and Belterra Casino completes the list with US$28.000 reported in wins.
As reported by Card Player, Horseshoe Casino Hammond is located near Chicago, almost 20 miles away, and it’s also close to a metro area with approximately 9.5 million people. The state’s 13 casinos won US$211 million in gambling revenue, 4.3 percent from the results reported in 2016.
