Playtech appoints Claire Milne as Non-Executive Director

Playtech made the announcement of the newest board member who will act as an independent representative for the company.

UK.- Gambling provider Playtech, appointed Claire Milne as a non-executive director. Milne will be joining the Audit Committee, Remuneration Committee, Nominations Committee and the Risk and Compliance Committee.

Milne has worked in the industry for more than 20 years’ advising financial and gaming service clients as a private practice lawyer as well as an in-house one. In addition Milne served as chair for the Isle of Man Gambling Commission from 2007 through 2012. In terms of education, Milne holds several degrees from the University of Aberdeen, Baltimore and the Johns Hopkins University. She currently is a member of the Law Society of Scotland.

Recently, Playtech announced the appointment of the new Chief Policy Officer, Francesco Rodano.
