PGCB fines five operators

The Pennsylvanian gaming authority has set fines totalling US$115k against three casinos and one gaming manufacturer.

US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) has recently approved fines totalling US$115k against three casinos and one gaming equipment manufacturer for a number of violations.

The fines were the result of Board approvals at the latest public meeting of consent agreements between the PGCB’s Office of Enforcement Counsel and Chester Downs and Marina, Presque Isle Downs, Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment and Genesis Gaming Solutions.

Chester Downs and Marina, operator of Harrah’s Philadelphia Casino and Racetrack in Delaware County, received two fines totalling US$40k for table game and slot violations. Presque Isle Downs, Inc., operator of Presque Isle Downs and Casino in Erie County, totalled US$45k in its fine for underage gaming incidents.

Moreover, Greenwood Gaming and Entertainment, Inc., operator of Parx Casino in Bucks County, received a US$22,5k fine for slot machine violations, and Genesis Gaming Solutions, Inc., a Table Game Manufacturer licensee, an US$8k fine for failure to timely file audited financial statements.
