Pennsylvania gaming revenue falls 1.73% in June
Igaming revenue rose but other verticals saw a decline in gaming revenue.
US.- The Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board has reported that gaming revenue in the state amounted to $535.3m in June. That’s a 1.73 per cent reduction from the $544.7m in June 2025. Tax revenue collected amounted to $234.4m.
This figure represents all categories of regulated gaming, including fantasy contests. Igaming revenue was $242.5m, up 14.1 per cent. Online slots generated $190.8m.
On the other hand, retail slot machine revenue decreased by 1.3 per cent to $196.6m and revenue from table games fell by 21 per cent to $61m. The handle for sports betting rose by 17.9 per cent to $570.3m, but taxable income was down by 39.6 per cent at $31m. Meanwhile, video terminal revenue fell 3.3 per cent to $3.3m, down 3.3 per cent, and fantasy contest revenue decreased by 7.6 per cent to $877,000.
Among venues, Hollywood Casino at Penn National Race Course reported the highest revenue of at $110.4m, followed by Valley Forge Casino Resort with $88.6m. Happy Valley Casino, which opened in April, generated $2.4m in its third full month of business.
