Penn National names new CFO
Penn National Gaming has announced that David Williams is the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).
US.- Penn National Gaming has announced that it has brought a former Apple executive with over 20 years of finance to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) role. David Williams will be in charge of that position effective March 3, 2020.
Williams will also be executive vice president, subject to customary regulatory approvals. He joins Penn National following more than twenty years as a finance executive at Apple, and succeeds William Fair, who announced his decision to step down back in September 2019.
The new CFO will be responsible for all of the company’s financial and treasury functions, as well as helping to develop and support the company’s strategic growth initiatives, including its burgeoning iGaming and sports betting businesses.
Penn National Gaming Chief Executive Officer, Jay Snowden, commented: “Dave brings extensive technology, financial, and strategic growth experience to his new role.
