Penn Entertainment reports $1.76bn in Q2 revenue

Retail property revenues reached $1.4bn.

US.- Penn Entertainment has reported financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025. The company’s revenue totalled $1.76bn, comprising retail revenue of $1.4bn and interactive segment revenues of $316.1m.

Adjusted EBITDA was $236.1m. Retail adjusted EBITDAR was $489.6m, representing a margin of 33.8 per cent. The interactive segment saw an adjusted EBITDA loss of $62m.

Jay Snowden, chief executive officer and president, said: “Penn’s diverse portfolio of retail properties delivered another solid quarter. Our Interactive segment generated record gaming revenue in both online sports betting (OSB) and online casino (iCasino), driven by ongoing product enhancements and the advantages of our unique omnichannel ecosystem. Corporate overhead costs in the quarter included approximately $9.4m of legal and advisory expenses. Through August 6, 2025, we have repurchased $115.3m of shares and remain committed to our previously stated goal to repurchase at least $350m of shares this year.

Recently, Penn confirmed the appointments of Johnny Hartnett and Carlos Ruisanchez to serve on the board of directors.
