Parx Casino debuts online sportsbook in New Jersey
The Pennsylvania-based Parx Casino has debuted its online sportsbook in neighbouring state New Jersey thanks to a partnership with GAN.
US.- Parx Casino has officially debuted its online sportsbook in New Jersey thanks to a partnership with GAN. The Pennsylvania-based company now operates online gambling in two states, after launching on June 24 in its home state.
The official launch comes after three days of a soft opening period. The company had already launched its online sports betting and online casino services in Pennsylvania on June 24 and July 15, respectively.
Dermot Smurfit, GAN CEO, said that launching the largest casino in Pennsylvania online in new jersey is a logical step. “This represents an incremental revenue opportunity for GAN. And is a logical extension of our technology infrastructure to serve Parx Casino patrons who routinely cross the invisible border between these two populous states.”

The company also said that it significantly increased its gross operator revenue to US$80.9 million year-on-year, representing a 203% rise. Smurfit said that the numbers are better than expected.
Parx Casino partnered with NBA team
Parx Casino will become the “Official Winning Partner of the Philadelphia 76ers.” This agreement kicks off with a “Win for All” promotion, that allows fans to win US$25 every time the team wins until the 26th win. After that, the bonus increases to $30.
“On the eve of the 2019-20 season, we are proud to announce a partnership with Parx Casino. It will create an interactive opportunity between our fans and Parx Casino’s gaming platforms,” Philadelphia 76ers President Chris Heck.
