Paradise City to open on April 20
The South Korea upcoming casino will feature a soft launch next month.
South Korea.- The Tokyo-based operator Sega Sammy Holdings Inc announced that the upcoming South Korean casino located in Incheon will open its doors to the public on April 20. The Paradise City casino resort will be available only to foreigners.
The initial phase of the US$1.1 billion facility will feature a hotel, a conference center and a casino. The company said that the total amount of money invested in the property is approximately US$202 million, and that its planned floor space is set to become one of the largest in the country. The venue will feature 281 slot machines, along with 154 game tables and four electronic games stations. Furthermore, the gambling facility will also offer restaurants and bars. The 700-room hotel includes suites and a buffet of several international restaurants.
The opening of Paradise City will likely affect negatively Paradise Co’s profit in a short period of time, but Seoul-based brokerage Shinhan Investment Corp said that in the long run it would boost the company’s revenue.
