Ontario igaming wagers rise in March
Non-adjusted gross gaming revenue was up 13 per cent from the previous month.
Canada.- iGaming Ontario has reported that online gaming wagers in the Canadian province totalled CA$9.59bn in March. That’s an increase from CA$7.96bn in March 2025 and up 10 per cent from February 2026. Non-adjusted gross gaming revenue (NAGGR) was CA$387m, up 13 per cent from the previous month.
Online casino gaming accounted for 87 per cent of all wagers at CA$8.32bn, up 9 per cent from February. Online casino NAGGR was CA$318.5m, up 16 per cent.
The sports betting segment accounted for 11 per cent of wagers at CA$1bn, up 14 per cent month-over-month. NAGGR was CA$61.6m, up 1 per cent. Peer-to-peer poker contributed CA$183m, up 36 per cent from the previous month. NAGGR was CA$6.9m, an increase of 28 per cent.
