Olga Hlukhovskaya: “A record 69.4% player growth – Cash & Drops Multipliers outperformed all other 1spin4win promotions”
Olga Hlukhovskaya, Business Development Director at 1spin4win, spoke to Focus Gaming News about the success of the “Multiplier Madness” campaign.
Exclusive interview.- Last month, we spoke with Olga Hlukhovskaya, business development director at 1spin4win, during iGB Live 2025, when the “Multiplier Madness” campaign was just gaining momentum. Back then, the innovative mechanics and fresh take on network promotions caught our attention. Now that the campaign has concluded, we’re reconnecting to find out how it went and what results it delivered.
Looking back at the campaign, what goals did you set at the outset of “Multiplier Madness”, and how would you summarise the key outcomes?
Our main goal was to launch a campaign that would deliver strong value to both players and casinos. With “Multiplier Madness”, we reimagined 10 popular portfolio gems with fresh, highly rewarding Multiplier mechanics, introducing an extra layer of excitement to the traditional gaming experience. The lineup featured both time-tested fun favorites and latest 2025 releases, such as the Japanese title Tiger’s Steps Hold and Win, Golden Joker 100 Hold and Win, and Lucky Retro Fruits.
Numbers speak for themselves. “Multiplier Madness” drove a 69.4 per cent rise in player count — the highest from all our promos — along with a 40 per cent surge in bet count and a 40 per cent increase in bet sum. The average bet also grew by 70 per cent on individual projects.
We were proud to have 128 partner operators on board, including top names like WinSpirit, Rox Casino, mBit, GGBET, and Level Up. They all contributed to making “Multiplier Madness” a standout success across the network.
What sets the Cash & Drops Multiplier format apart from other popular igaming promotions currently on the market?
What makes this campaign stand out from the competition is the use of the fresh Multiplier mechanic. While most promotions stick to standard money prizes, we wanted to go a step further and create something our players have never experienced before.
Instead of simply giving out cash, “Multiplier Madness” gave players the chance to boost their payouts manifold by landing one of 1,215 random multipliers on their original bets. Even non-winning rounds became opportunities for big rewards, with bonuses reaching up to x100 of the stake.
How did your operator partners react to the concept before the campaign launched? Was there any skepticism to overcome?
There wasn’t any skepticism. Quite the opposite, our partners were highly interested in trying something new. Today, casinos actively seek fresh promo formats to keep players engaged, and “Multiplier Madness” offered exactly that — a dynamic, exciting experience with opportunities for big wins.
However, since the Multiplier concept is relatively new and many operators weren’t familiar with it, we took time to explain how it works. To clear up any doubts, we shared the results of “Money Rain,” a custom Multiplier promo developed for an individual client. This campaign proved highly successful by driving a 61.8 per cent increase in bet sum and delivering a strong overall performance.
Additionally, we created buzz around the promo through broad media coverage, highlighting its benefits and demonstrating the positive impact operators could achieve by joining.
What kind of feedback did you receive from your partners after the campaign ended?
Our partners were enthusiastic about the results of the campaign.
