Ohio casino revenue increases in August

Revenue increased 3.9 per cent year-over-year.

US.- The Ohio Casino Control Commission has reported that Jack Cleveland Casino, Hollywood Casino Columbus, Hollywood Toledo and Hard Rock Cincinnati generated a combined $89m of revenue in August. That’s up 3.9 per cent year-over-year and almost level with July’s $88.9m.

Of the total casino revenue, slot machines accounted for $66m, up 4.4 per cent, and table games $23m, up 2.5 per cent. Hollywood Casino Columbus generated the highest figure at $25.3m, up 7.8 per cent. Slot machines accounted for $19.3m and table games $6m.

Jack Cleveland casino took $22.5m, down 1.2 per cent year-over-year. Slot machines generated $14m and table games $8.5m. Hollywood Casino Toledo generated $20.9m, up 8.6 per cent, with slot machines generating $18m and table games $2.8m. Hard Rock Cincinnati generated $20.4m, up 0.7 per cent. It produced $14.7m from slots machines and $5.7m from table games.
