Ocean Resort hosts new data center
The casino that is scheduled to open today has welcomed Continent 8 Technologies.
US.- Ocean Resort Casino, the Atlantic City facility that will open its doors this morning, is now hosting the world’s largest online gambling data centre and global network solutions provider, Continent 8 Technologies.
This expansion becomes the second location in Atlantic City for the New Jersey licensed Continent 8 Technologies, as it answers to the demand generated after the recent sports betting legalisation in the state. It provides immediate availability to online gaming, sports betting and eSports vendors. It is expected that a third new independent location in Atlantic City will be added in the upcoming months to expand the capacity and provide additional security measures.
The Ocean Resort data centre, along with the upcoming location, provides connectivity to Pennsylvania and Nevada locations, and a direct link to Continent 8’s global network of 30+ data centres. Continent 8 Technologies is the only provider licensed by New Jersey’s Division of Gaming Enforcement to supply data centre.
