New Hampshire gaming revenue climbs 37% in first half of 2026
Video lottery terminals have become the primary source of income for the state’s charitable casinos.
US.- New Hampshire’s gaming revenue climbed 37 per cent year-on-year to $251.7m in the first six months of 2026.
Video lottery terminals, which were legalised in the middle of last year and have swiftly become the primary source of income for the state’s charitable casinos, were a major factor, according to data from the New Hampshire Lottery.
June;s gaming revenue was $42.4m, a 31 per cent increase over the same month in 2025. Of that amount, $21.6m came from video lottery terminals and $10.4m from games of chance. The Nash in Nashua continued to lead the market, recording $13.5m.
New Hampshire runs a charitable gaming system. Licensed operators partner with nonprofits that receive a set share of proceeds from table games and historical horse racing. The state takes its own cut, with much of the money directed towards education. Video lottery terminals are taxed at 31 per cent.
