New faces join Entain board of directors
Stella David and Vicky Jarman will join Entain’s board of directors from March 4.
UK.- The UK gaming giant Entain is ringing the changes on its board of directors.
Stella David and Vicky Jarman will join the board from March 4 while senior independent director Stephen Morana will step down as he takes up a role as chief financial officer at online car retailer Cazoo.

As senior independent director, Stella David will join the Remuneration, Nomination, and Environmental, Social and Governance committees.
Vicky Jarman will be an independent non-executive director and will sit on Entain’s Audit and Remuneration committees.
David is currently a non-executive director at Domino’s Pizza Group, Bacardi, HomeServe Plc and Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
She has served as chief executive at William Grant & Sons Distillers and spent over 15 years at Bacardi. She has also served as chair of the footwear brand C&J Clark and as a non-executive director at Nationwide Building Society.
Jarman is a non-executive director at Signature Aviation and Great Portland Estates. A chartered accountant, she worked with Lazard and Co for several years in its investment banking team and then as chief operating officer for London and the Middle East.
