Nevada’s New Pioneer hotel casino on sale

Heavily impacted by the lack of tourism, a Laughlin hotel and casino has been put up for sale.

US.- The New Pioneer, a hotel-casino located about 100 miles southeast of Las Vegas, has been put up for sale.

According to the Las Vegas Review Journal, the venue is on the market for $39m, as seen on the commercial property listing site LoopNet.

It features more than 400 rooms; the Bumbleberry Flats restaurant and a private beach.

Laughlin is a small town that generates a fraction of the visitor volume and gambling revenue of Las Vegas.

It has been known as a popular tourist destination with retirees who drive in, and for offering low-priced rooms, sunshine, open desert, and boating and other activities on the Colorado river.
