Both betting volume and revenue reached record figures for Nevada casino sportsbooks in 2017.

Sportsbooks overall revenue shot up 81.3 per cent year-on-year to US$34.5 million in December and contributed to accomplish a record US$248.8 million for the year. Meanwhile, total wagering handle reached US$4.87 billion and broke the previous record of US$4.51 billion in 2016, marking the eighth straight year of record handle.
In December, revenue was pushed by an improved betting volume and hold in multiple sports.
