Nevada Gold & Casinos in talks to sell company

The company announced exclusive sale discussions, even if there are no assurances that a transaction would actually happen.

US.- Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. announced that it is in exclusive discussions to sell the company this week. The Las Vegas-based company operates more than 10 facilities across the United States.

Chairman of Nevada Gold & Casinos, William Sherlock, said: “There can be no assurance that a transaction will be consummated, and the company does not expect to provide further information or updates pending conclusion of the negotiations.”

Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada is a developer, owner, and operator of nine gaming operations in Washington, such as Seattle, and the Tri-Cities region of the state, Club Fortune Casino, a local casino in Henderson, Nevada, and a slot route operation in Deadwood, South Dakota, Dakota Players Club.

The Nevada casino was purchased by the company in December 2015, for a total consideration of US$14.1 million cash and US$1.2 million in common shares. Club Fortune Casino includes in its 35,000 building a total of seven table games, 541 slot machines, a poker room, and a sports book. It also features leisure facilities such as a restaurant, two bars, an entertainment lounge, snack bar and gift shop.
