Nevada Gold and Casinos agrees merger

The company has revealed that Maverick Casinos will acquire all of its shares.

US.- Nevada Gold and Casinos has revealed that a merger has been agreed with Maverick Casinos. The operator of nine locations in Nevada and Washington will sell all of its shares to Maverick, which will take them private.

While the Nevada Gold shareholders have yet to approve the proposal, it will also be subject to gaming authorities’ approval and of the completion of the sale of Nevada Gold’s Club Fortune location in Henderson, Nevada. The deal is expected to be finalized by the end of the current year.

Nevada Gold announced earlier this year that it was in exclusive discussions to sell the company. Nevada Gold & Casinos, Inc. of Las Vegas, Nevada is a developer, owner, and operator of nine gaming operations in Washington, such as Seattle, and the Tri-Cities region of the state, Club Fortune Casino, a local casino in Henderson, Nevada, and a slot route operation in Deadwood, South Dakota, Dakota Players Club.
