Nevada casino sold for US$14 million
The facility owned by Nevada Gold and Casinos has been sold to Truckee Gaming for US$14.6 million.
US.- Nevada Gold and Casinos has revealed that the Club Fortune Casino in Henderson, Nevada, has been sold to Truckee Gaming for US$14.6 million. The company had acquired the facility in 2015.
After the deal is completed, the company will close its corporate office in Las Vegas and relocate to its other location in Seattle, Washington, in a move that is expected to reduce the company’s overhead by US$1.2 million. Nevada Gold currently has nine casinos, all located in Washington State, while Truckee Gaming is based in Reno, Nevada, and owns gambling facilities in the state.
The Nevada casino was purchased by Nevada Gold in December 2015 for a total consideration of US$14.1 million cash and US$1.2 million in common shares. Club Fortune Casino includes in its 35,000-square-foot building a total of seven table games, 541 slot machines, a poker room, and a sports book. It also features leisure facilities such as a restaurant, two bars, an entertainment lounge, snack bar and gift shop.
