Devin Booker favourite for NBA 2K esports tournament
Star player is odds-on favourite to triumph in this Friday’s NBA 2K players-only esports tournament on ESPN.
US.- Devin Booker is currently the odds-on favourite to triumph in the NBA 2K players-only eSports tournament on ESPN.
The 23-year old Phoenix Suns shooting guard will line up against 15 other NBA stars beginning on Friday (April 3rd).
Overseas bookmakers are offering varying odds on players, given that the players-only tournament concept is in its first year.
Booker is the current favourite according to Bookmaker.eu and Sportsbetting.ag.
The tournament has only recently been set in motion due to the actual NBA season being postponed because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Stars featured in the 10-day tournament include Atlanta Hawks’ Trae Young, Brooklyn Nets’ Kevin Durant and Utah Jazz’s Donovan Mitchell.
The winner will be crowned NBA 2K20 champion and will select a charity beneficiary to receive a $100,000 donation from 2K, the NBA and the NBPA in support of ongoing Coronavirus relief efforts.
