Michigan regulator green lights another gaming online operator
Pala interactive joins the list of operators approved to offer online gambling and sports betting in Michigan.
US.- The Michigan Gaming Control Board (MGCB) has authorised the launch of another online gambling and sports betting operator in the state.
Pala Interactive has received the green light to launch its platform in the Pokagon Band of Potawatomi Indians’ Fours Winds Casinos.
The MGCB’s executive director, Richard Kalm, said in a statement: “We welcome the addition of Four Winds Casinos and Pala Interactive to Michigan’s growing online gaming and sports wagering market.
“Their participation will generate revenue to support education, economic development and the Pokagon Band’s tribal community.”
Online gambling was legalised in Michigan in 2019. Inter-state online poker was recently added to the list of permitted games.
The state has recently seen a bill introduced which would extend lottery winner anonymity to multi-state lottery draws.
