MGM Springfield reports revenue results

The state commission reported that the facility generated US$1 million less than October.

US.- The Massachusetts Gaming Commission released the financial results for the November operations in the state, and MGM Springfield recorded approximately US$1 million less in revenue than what it had reported in October.

The casino generated US$21.2 million in revenues during November operations from slot machines and table games. Of the total generated, US$13.3 million were from slot machines and US$7.8 million from table games. Gross gaming revenue was US$22.2 million.

Michael Mathis, MGM Springfield president, said: “As we move into the holiday season, we continue to be pleased with our overall performance at MGM Springfield. November was another solid month for us as our restaurants, bars, lounges, casino and hotel experienced strong volumes of guests.”

“Our festive programming and robust marketing strategy is generating new visitors and new traditions in downtown Springfield,” Mathis said. “We appreciate that our guests are choosing to share this special season with us and look forward to continued success in 2019,” he added.
