MGM Resorts International appoints Ayesha Molino as COO

Gary Fritz has been named as chief commercial officer and president of MGM Digital.

US.- MGM Resorts International has announced the appointment of Ayesha Molino as chief operating officer, effective from January 1, 2026. She will replace Corey Sanders, who plans to retire on December 31 after more than 30 years with MGM.

Molino is the president and COO of ARIA and Vdara, and is responsible for overseeing operations at AAA Five Diamond ARIA Resort & Casino and the AAA Four Diamond Vdara Hotel & Spa. She is also the company’s chief public affairs officer. She joined MGM Resorts in January 2017 after serving in the US Senate from 2011 to 2016 where she was first counsel and later chief counsel to former senate majority leader Harry Reid (D-NV).

Molino is a non-executive director of MGM China Holding. She also serves on the board of the American Hotel & Lodging Association and is a member of the executive committees for the Nevada Resort Association and the American Gaming Association’s Board of Directors.

The company also announced the appointment of Gary Fritz as chief commercial officer and president of MGM Digital, effective immediately. Fritz is the president of MGM Resorts International Interactives. Before joining MGM Resorts, he was the head of gaming for IAC.
