Marnell will acquire Nugget Casino Resort
The transaction will become effective upon Nevada Gaming Commission’s approval.
US.- Marnell Gaming will not only acquire Nugget Casino Resort in Sparks, Nevada, but it will also start a major refurbishment plan which includes new slot machines, a renovation of 800 West Tower hotel rooms and a renovation of the convention area, casino floor, restaurants and showroom.
